Our Mission
The Mission (assignment, job, task, and divine undertaking) of JSEEC is to educate, train and develop effective disciples (students) for Christ who are able to succeed and excel. Students' skills will be developed through the five dimensions of learning known as “SPECS”. The five dimensions are the student's social, physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual domains. All five domains must be fully addressed if the student is to have an effective learning experience.
OUR VISION
The vision (design, mental picture, idea and plan) of JSEEC is to create a learning environment whereby students are nurtured daily, taught well and consistently and encouraged to do their best in everything they attempt to accomplish. |

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
Our primary goal is to teach children from God's perspective. JSEEC desires to impart in the lives of children both wisdom and knowledge in order that they may formulate wise and solid decisions that impact both their present and future endeavors.
The central objective of JSEEC is to implement a Bible-based curriculum in a Christ-centered environment in an effort to both challenge and stimulate the minds of the children. By doing so, skills will be developed in the early years of the children's lives that will assist them in growing and developing spiritually, physically, socially, and emotionally. Further, we believe that such an influence will allow them to reach their fullest potential.

PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION
We believe that all children have the ability to excel and that God has given then the capability to express themselves.
We believe that all children should be given the opportunity to attend a school that is prepared to meet their individual learning needs.
We believe that all children and their families can glean from our past experiences, our knowledge, methods, materials, and resources to assist them in being prepared for the future.
We believe that all children have the right to experience learning, gain wisdom, and receive knowledge that will assist them in developing individually, culturally, socially, and spiritually. |

STATEMENT OF FAITH
We believe in the full, verbal inspiration and authority of the Scriptures. (2nd Timothy 3:15,16)
We believe in the one true God existing eternally in three persons —the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. (1 st Corinthians 8:6; Matthew 3:16,17; 1 st Timothy 2:5)
We believe in the deity, virgin birth, sinless life, substitutionary death, bodily resurrection, and present intercession of Jesus Christ. (1 st Corinthians 15:3,4; Hebrews 7:25; Matthew 1:20,21) We believe in the personality of the deity of the Holy Spirit, and His work of convincing, regenerating, indwelling, sealing and filling. (John 16:7,8; Acts 1:8)
We believe in the creation of man in the image of God, his fall and his need for salvation through Jesus Christ. (Genesis 1:27; Matthew 25:46)
We believe in salvation through grace, totally apart from works. The only conditions are faith and repentance. (John 1:12; Titus 3:5)
We believe in righteous living and good works in the life of a believer as an evidence of salvation, but not as a means for obtaining it. (Titus 3:5; Ephesians 2:8,9)
We believe in the personality of Satan and his present position as god of this world, in opposition to God while limited in his power by Him. (John 8:44)
We believe in the visible, personal and premillennial return of Jesus Christ, including His return for the church before the tribulation. (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18)
We believe in the eternal conscious existence of both the saved and the unsaved, the saved in blessedness with Christ, and the unsaved in eternal punishment. (John 5:28,29; Revelations 20:11-15)
We believe in one true Church composed of all true believers of this age, organized into autonomous but cooperating local churches. (Acts 2:40-47; Hebrews 10:25) |
